By downloading, installing, or using CodePiper ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License and Usage
CodePiper grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and our license terms.
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software
- You may not use the Software for any illegal purposes
- License validation and subscription status will be verified periodically
3. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Software require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's standard terms for in-app purchases.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
4. Data Usage and Privacy
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software processes data locally on your device and uses certain online services for license validation and updates.
5. Updates and Modifications
We may update the Software and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.
